The
Solution

... involves Celox scanning and OCR extraction of client data, followed by fully automated data processing using the sermocore platform.

In this collaborative project, Celox Service GmbH handles the entire scanning and OCR extraction process. All data from tax consultant clients is scanned, and the OCR-generated dataset is subsequently transferred to the ASP version of the sermocore platform. Sermocore performs the conversion task, transforming the datasets into the required interface formats for various accounting systems used by tax consultants (e.g., SAP, DVO, RZL, BMD, and others). This fully automated process also includes precise error detection, where reject data is recorded, errors are identified, marked, and annotated accordingly. The automatically generated error report is detailed and easy to understand.

This comprehensive solution allows tax consultants to optimize their accounting resources by eliminating manual data entry tasks.
