...is an EDI solution designed to transmit legally required inspection certificates to business partners with each order confirmation.
A unique aspect at H.F.S. is that, due to current EU directives, a separate inspection certificate for each product must be sent to the customer with each order confirmation.
To ensure the correct inspection certificate is always included with the order confirmation, it was necessary to adapt the EDI process beforehand. This involved adjusting the ERP system to accurately incorporate the fields using a meta-format interface capable of handling all message types.
This comprehensive solution enables H.F.S. to promptly transmit the necessary inspection certificates electronically along with the order confirmation.
