Pressel Versand International GmbH specialises in packaging, shipping, archiving and office supplies in Austria. Pressel Versand was founded in 1985 by its namesake KR Hans Pressel as a family business in Austria with the aim of manufacturing and distributing products for companies made from a renewable material - corrugated cardboard - for the first time in Europe. In 2004, Pressel joined the international Staples Inc. group of companies, which specialises in the sale of office supplies. Today, Pressel is one of the largest mail order companies for archive products, shipping packaging and office supplies.

With the sermocore platform as an ASP solution, the processing of these documents is accelerated and automated. A large number of individual steps are taken over in order to optimise dispatch in the best possible way: The sermocore platform receives the data via FTP upload in internal CSV format, converts it into the ebInterface format specified by the federal government and then uploads the invoices fully automatically via web service.
An automatic confirmation email from the sermocore platform confirms the correct and successful transfer to the federal government's web service. This also contains the corresponding reference numbers for better traceability. In the event of an error in the content, a corresponding error message is sent by email.
The input format as CSV, which is provided by Pressel, was developed and created by sermocore in accordance with the federal government's specifications. This advance collaboration made implementation much easier and has resulted in smooth operation to date.
The solution with sermocore thus creates a holistic, fully automated and optimised solution for data processing and transfer.
