This includes the fully automated physical mailing of all letters, reminders, invoices, and official documents via the locally installed sermocore client. Leveraging sermocore's production network, additional postage optimization is achieved when handing over to postal service providers. In the everyday work of an accountant, it is necessary to send registered mail pieces. This process has also been successfully implemented using the sermocore platform, enhancing traceability with shipping confirmations and regular reporting. The structural address verification improves the formal correctness of addresses beforehand.
