3 variants
of sermocore
In order to fulfil customer requirements in the best possible way, sermocore offers a total of 3 different variants:
- Inhouse
- Inhouse-Managed
- Hosted-Managed – ASP (unsere Outsourcing-Variante)
The sermocore in-house-managed variant combines all the advantages of in-house with all the advantages of platform management by sermocore. Unrestricted access to all sermocore services is possible with every variant.
INHOUSE
The sermocore platform is fully integrated into your own company. The advantage is that processes and solutions can be individually expanded and administered independently. In order to be able to work flawlessly with the platform and manage business processes and output management yourself, sermocore offers special training courses for companies in advance on request.
INHOUSE-MANAGED
With the in-house-managed variant, the sermocore platform is integrated into the company's own organisation, but continues to be managed by sermocore. As the set-up, definition and configuration of new processes and/or workflows is handled by sermocore, companies can rely on the expertise and experience of the process professionals while retaining the advantages of an in-house solution.
HOSTED-MANAGED
If the hosted-managed variant is selected, all the advantages of the sermocore platform can be utilised without having to provide the necessary infrastructure in your own company. This is because it is managed by sermocore in a data centre.
