of sermocore
In order to fulfil customer requirements in the most useful way, sermocore offers 3 different variants:
- In-house
- In-house Management
- Hosted-Management – ASP (unsere Outsourcing-Variante)
The sermocore in-house management variant combines all the advantages of in-house with all of the advantages of platform management by sermocore. Unrestricted access to all of sermocore's services is possible with every variant.
IN-HOUSE
The sermocore platform can be fully integrated into your own company. The advantage is that processes and solutions can be individually expanded and administered independently. In order to be able to work flawlessly with the platform and manage business processes and output management yourself, sermocore offers special training courses for companies in advance upon request.
IN-HOUSE MANAGEMENT
With the in-house management variant, the sermocore platform can be integrated into the company's own organisation, yet continues to be managed by sermocore. As the set-up, definition and configuration of new processes and/or workflows is handled by sermocore, companies can rely on the expertise and experience of the process professionals while retaining the advantages of an in-house solution.
HOSTED-MANAGEMENT
If the hosted-management variant is selected, all the advantages of the sermocore platform can be utilised without having to provide the necessary infrastructure within your own company. This is because it is managed by sermocore in a data centre.
