How does
the changeover work?
The EDISWITCH program line makes it possible to quickly switch from the current EDI provider to the premium partner sermocore without interrupting ongoing processes. As change from a functioning and familiar system always brings uncertainties, sermocore is there with you every step of the way during the changeover.
First, the affected processes and the crucial data within them are analysed. Then an exact copy of the entire process is created in the new system, which enables the best possible evaluation of the processes. Once the processes are functioning satisfactorily and the migration has been successfully completed, the potential for optimisation is then sought in order to minimise various susceptibilities to errors and increase efficiency.

The gentle alternative
In addition to a rapid changeover, sermocore also offers a smooth transition with a softswitch. This allows a targeted parallel operation in which the switch is only completed successively depending on the process. Possible difficulties can be resolved immediately thanks to the parallel operation, ensuring that there are no interruptions to any ongoing operations.
