How does
the changeover work?
The EDISWITCH programme line makes it possible to switch from the current EDI provider to the premium partner sermocore quickly and without interrupting ongoing processes. As a change from a functioning and familiar system always brings with it uncertainties, sermocore never leaves you alone during the entire changeover.
First of all, the affected processes and the crucial data within them are analysed. Then an exact copy of the entire process is created in the new system, which enables the best possible evaluation of the processes. Once the processes are functioning satisfactorily and the migration has been successfully completed, the potential for optimisation is then sought in order to minimise various susceptibilities to errors and increase efficiency.

The gentle alternative
In addition to the rapid changeover, sermocore also offers a smooth transition with the softswitch. This allows a targeted parallel operation in which the switch is only completed successively depending on the process. Possible difficulties can be resolved immediately thanks to the parallel operation, so that there are no interruptions to ongoing operations.
